Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients were confirmed stage I-IIIA NSCLC, and were treated by surgical therapy; 2) postsurgical NSCLC survive more than one years; 3) don't receive chemotherapy recently; 4) no contraindication to engage in physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) not suffer infections within three days when collect blood samples; 2) can not persist four-month tai chi exercise; 3) do not want to attend the study.
