Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-85 years of age; 2. Participating in the study voluntary,and sign the informed consent; 3. Geting the definite diagnose of hepatic carcinoma by B-mode ultrasonic, CT, MRI,and blood analysis; 4. Without evident dieases of heart,lung, kidney; 5. The function of liver is CHILD pugh A or nearly,without neoplasm metastasis; 6. Accord with the standard of radical operation;radical surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rejecting to according with the standard; 2. Viloating the study,using some other medicine during the study; 3. Deficiency of major observe marker; 4. Undering some treatments such as TACE, PRFA/PMCT, chemoradiotherapy preoperative, and somebody who suffer from serious complications intraoperative or afteroperation.
