Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet ICSD diagnostic criteria of insomnia; 2. Pathogenesis with "kidney Yin Deficiency" in TCM; 3. poor response to long-term taking western medicine; 4 Male and female aged 18 to 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence serious disease in heart, liver or kidney,blood disorders, respiratory system disease, and severe mental illness; 2. Presence liver disease, AIDS or other infectious disease and serious injury which is not recovered; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. History of sensitivity to electroacupuncture or plaster acupoint; 5. Not able to comply by the protocol.
