Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The presence of upper-limb hemiplegia after a stroke; 2. First onset of stroke; 3. Duration of disease: 1~3 months; 4. Spasticity at the wrist and elbow rated according to the MAS, a score less than 1 (inclusive); 5. No history of anti-spasticity drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Combined with depression after stroke; 3. Combined with severe aphasia; 4. Obvious cognition dysfunction (MMSE < 24)
