40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) type 2 DM; (2) artery of lower extremity obstruction>60%; (3) TcPO2<40mmHg; (4) age: 40-70; (5) sign the consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) join other clinincal tryal in 90 days; (2) hemorrhagic disease; (3) could not use antiplatelet drugs; (4) blood pression >180/110mmHg; (5) FBG>=275 mg/dL (>=15.27 mmol/L); (6) acute complications of diabetes; (7) grade III or IV heart failure; (8) get PCI in 6 months; (9) ALT>120mmol/L; (10) Cr>=1.5mg/dL(male), Cr>=1.4mg/dL(female), Creatinine clearance<60%; (11) Cancer patients; (12) Organ transplant patients; (13) Psychiatric patients; (14) Patients with severe disease; (15) Pregnancy or breast-feeding woman; (16) Persons with poor compliance; (17) the researchers regard no fit in this trial.
