Age
20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, 20-60 years old, receive laparoscope or abdominal operation; 2. Normal hepatic and renal function and electrolyte before operation; normal cardiac and pulmonary function before operation; 3. Operation time between 1 to 4 hours; anesthesia time between 1.5 to 4.5 hours; 4. Informed consent forms obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dyspraxia in patients with late malignant tumor; 2. Hemoglobin below 70g/L; 3. With severe complications or infection on the first day after operation; 4. Obnubilation or passive position on the first day after operation; 5. Intraoperation bleeding > 1000ml; 6. Participate in other clinical trials during the study or within one month of the trial; 7. Pregnant or breast-feeding females; 8. Concurrent severe primary cardiac, renal, encephalic, pulmonary and hematopoietic diseases; 9. Mental illnesses; 10. With other conditions that influence the eligibility of the patients
