Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The presence of hemiplegia with upper-limb spasticity after a stroke that occurred at least 2 months before admission; 2. First onset of stroke; 3. Duration of disease: 3~36 months; 4. Spasticity at the wrist and elbow rated according to the MAS, a score between 1 and 4 (inclusive); 5. No history of botulinum toxin injection or other invasive treatment for past 6 months, and have unsatisfactory effects of anti-spasticity drugs (due to an adverse event or maximized dosing without effect).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Combined with depression after stroke; 3. Combined with severe aphasia; 4. Obvious cognition dysfunction (MMSE < 24)
