Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. meeting the diagnosis criteria of cervical spondylosis; 3. chief complaint is neck pain; 4. having the neck pain and rigidity for almost 3 months, and the attack frequency is once per month; 5. the scores of VAS>3; 6. the result of cervical X-ray (orthotropic and lateral) meets the criteria of the diagnosis, or the MRI/CT shows that there is retrogression of the cervical vertebra and the protrusion of intervertebral discs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnosis criteria of spinal cord type of cervical spondylosis; 2. suffering from other serious diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and tumor, with which researchers regard as inappropriate to take part in the study; 3. having the history of neck injury, cervical bone fracture or operation, impairment of neural function (such as MG or abnormality of reflexes),congenital abnormality of spine, systemic bone or articular diseases; 4. reject acupuncture treatment; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
