Age
18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Able to read and understand Chinese; 4. Elective surgery (no Lower limb surgery); 5. American Anesthesia Association(ASA) I~II; 6. Body Mass Index (BMI)18~30kg/m2; 7. Operation time less than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have contraindications of intravertebral anesthesia; 2. Perioperative hypotension or persistent severe hypoxemia; 3. Neuromuscular disease or diabetes; 4. Changed Anesthetic methods during surgery; 5. Alcoholism or toxic dependent; 6. Long-term use of antipsychotic or antidepressants; 7. Researchers believe that there are other reasons not suitable for clinical trials.
