Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I and II; 2. Male and female aged 22 to 60 years old, BW48-80kg; 3. scheduled for thoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug abuse, mental illness historyand obesity( >IBW 130%); 2. patients with cardiovascular or neurological disease and Unstable hypertension; 3. Communication disorders; 4. Contraindication with propofol, opioids and lidocaine; 5. Tobacco and alcohol addiction.
