Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-85 years of age; 2. Cerebral infarction or brain trauma occurred over 3 months; 3. Modified Ashworth Scale of spastic wrist scores more than 3; 4. Suffering difficulty in personal hygiene, clothing, wrist pain or abnormal position and Disability Assessment Scale scores more than 2; 5. Patient can comprehend and sign or their families understand and willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious contracture in spastic joints (the passive activity range of joint is more than 10 degere); 2. Patient who has received Achilles tendon lengthening, Achilles tendon transplantation or surgical removal neural treatment in the spastic limb; 3. Patients who accepted botulinum toxin injections in spastic limbs within four months or who accepted local neuromuscular closed in spastic limb or oral spasmolysis agent treatment within 2 weeks; 4. Muscles are severe atrophic or infectious in spastic limbs; 5. Pregnancy, puerpera or person who has severe liver and kidney function damage.
