Interventions

Acupoints:We will search for temperature-sensitive points at Guan-yuan. The acupoint group will be divided into heat- sensitive group and non- heat- sensitive group based on sensitization of acupoint.
Non-acupoint:We will search for temperature-sensitive points at 3 cun beyond Guan-yuan. The non-acupoint group will be divided into heat- sensitive group and non- heat- sensitive group based on sensit

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary symptom is periodic abdominal pain before or after menstruation; 2. Aged between 18 and 30 years old, willing to accept the treatment methods provided; 3. Do not take drugs and accept other treatments for primary dysmenorrhea within one month of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to be treated with moxibustion of the trial; 2. Comorbidity of life-threatening disease, such as disease of the heart and brain blood vessels, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychotic patients; 3. Do not follow the therapy regimen, difficult to make an accurate evaluation; do not obtain complete data for the efficacy or safety assessment.
