Interventions

treatment group:electroacupuncture at ?ST25 , ST29(double sides) and RN4 ?BL 33(double sides) alternatly every two days. Choose disperse-dense wave (2/15Hz) with Hans acupunctur stimulator. 4 sessions
control group:Oral use of MPA for 7 days (8mg/d). Withdraw MPA and, on the fifth day of menstruation period, begin to take Premarin (0.625mg/day) for 22 days. Patients without menstruation begin to ta

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. comform to the diagnostic criteria for premature ovarian failure; 2. without long-term contact history with ray and chemical poison; 3. without inflammation or tumor; 4. without endocrine disease or immune system disease; 5. take no hormone drugs or immunosuppressive agents in the past three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. POF caused by endocrine disease or immune system disease; 2.pregnant women; 3. patients who have severe heart disease or liver-kidney disease; 4. patients who are fear of neede or allergic o metal; 5. patients who have accepted cardiac pacemaker; 6. patients who probably have poor compliance
