55 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients that are scheduled for a primary total knee arthroplasty; 2. NYHA functional class II or lower; 3. Grade 5 strength ( Lovett scale) of all muscles; 4. Good self-care ability such as bathing and daily diet, walking without assist or walking aid; 5. Vargus deformity <15 degree valgus deformity <20 degree flexion contracture <15 degree, range of motion larger than 0°-90 degree; 6. Volunteered to join, good compliance, have already signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity Body mass index >30; 2. Need do other surgery procedures around knee, such as removal of internal fixator; 3. Sever osteoporosis; 4. Revision total knee arthroplasty; 5. Have previously been received knee surgery which was not arthroscopy; 6. Ankylosis of knee; 7. Patella baja diagnosed by any one of the criteria: Blumensaat's line, Insall-Salvati ratio, Modified Insall-Salvati ratio, Blackburne-Peel, Caton-Deschamps; 8. With other chronic disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency; 9. Bed compliance.
