Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV antibody test: Postive; 2. Patients with lung infection; 3. aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. Patients did not receive medicine that interfere the observation of this trial; 5. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent; 6. Patients without severe heart, liver or kidney disease; 7. X ray of chest showed no TB or PCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with psychological disease including severe hysteria; 2. Patients who are alergic or intolerant to the trial drug; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan; 4. Patients with any other disease or history that could confound the results or increase risk; 5. Patients participated in other clinical trial in last 3 months; 6. Patients with TB, PCP, lung tumor, non-infectious intersticial lung diesae, Pulmonary edema, Atelectasis, Pulmonary thromblism, Eosinophil infiltration of lung disease or pulmonary vasculitis.
