19 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of thyroid struma, thyroid cyst and thyroid nodule; 2. Age between 19 to 64; 3. With good heart and respiration functions, heart rate between 60 to 90, blood pressure is normal, accord with I—II level of ASA; 4. Attend this research voluntarily and sign the informed content forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thyroiditis, thyroid carcinoma, thyroid tumor behind sternum and hyperthyroidism patients; 2. Emergency; 3. Age 64 years old; 4. With serious diseases of other systems; 5. Arrhythmia or abnormal blood pressure; 6. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 7. Allergic or treated with long-term hormone therapy.
