Interventions

Group A:Taking placebo orally, one bag every time, two times a day, half an hour after breakfast and supper, taking six weeks continuously
Group B:Taking Xiaopiyishen herbal extract granule orally, one bag every time, two times a day, half an hour after breakfast and supper, taking for six weeks continuously

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accord with criterion of fatigue-predominant subhealth and TCM differentiation criterion of syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency of fatigue-predominant subhealth; 2. The age of participants is between 18 and 60(including 18 and 60) years old; 3. The literacy of participants is Junior high school and above; 4. Not using any interventions for fatigue (including using related anti-fatigue health care products ) nearly 1 month; 5. Signed informed consent certificates.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disease history of infection and injury etc. in recent one week; 2. Pregnant or breast-feeding women and women planned the conception in half a year; 3. Mental illness history or mental illness family history.
