Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV antibody test: Postive; 2. more than 3 times of Diarrhea per day for more than1 month; 3. aged 18 to 70 years old; 4. Patients did not receive medicine that interfere the observation of this trial; 5. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diarrhea is caused by the use of HARRT drug; 2. Patients with gut tumor or chronic ulcerative colitis confirmed by electronic colonoscopy; 3. Patients with psychological disease including severe hysteria; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver or kidney disease; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan.
