18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes; 2. Sex is not limited; 3. Aged 18-65 years old; 4. BMI >= 24.0kg/m2; 5. = 7.0%; 7. vulantarily participated into the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. Gestational diabetes; 3. Other special types of diabetes; 4. BMI less than 24.0kg/m2; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. With diabetic complications (such as diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic gastroparesis, etc.); 7. Gastroscopy suggestive of erosive gastritis and peptic ulcer and other stomach diseases; 8. Cancer, HIV, syphilis and other patients; 9. Poor compliance, doctors can not cope with long term follow up of patients.
