Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a clear history of head injury; 2. Head CT scans show brain damage;coma more than 6 hours after injury, or show awareness of deterioration within 24 hours after injury ,and coma again for more than 6 hours; 3. GCS score: ranged from 3 to 8; 4. Admitted to hospital within 24 hours after injury; 5. Age of 15-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury associated with serious injury of other organs; 2. Dysfunction of cardiopulmonary,liver and kidney etc.; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. the one who is considered unfit to inclusion criteria by the doctor.
