Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Onset of STEMI during 12 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy of less than 12 months; 2. Participating in other clinical trials; 3. Poor compliance that patients can not complete the follow-up.
