16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting ICD-10 diagnosis standard: mild (2 typical + 2 other core symptoms), moderate (2 typical+3 other core symptoms); 2. aged 16-70 yrs old; 3. Patients did not take anti-depressive medication or other psychiatric medications 2 weeks before the intervention starts; 4. Education is beyond junior high school; 5. disease course is from 2 months to two years; 6. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Addicted to drugs; 2. Patients with severe depression or being suicidal; 3. patients with severe Physical disease; 4. Patients with poor compliance.
