Interventions

Group A:Thymosin Ta1 1.6mgS taken by ubcutaneous injection twice weekly for 6 months

Group B:Capecitabine 0.5g , orally taken twice daily for 18months

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing radical hepatectomy; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. The value of ECOG PS of 0, 1, or 2; 4. Voluntary and signed informed consent; 5.Patients with good compliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known allergic reactions or intolerance to experimental drugs; 2. Receiving other antineoplastic therapy (including medical, surgical, interventional, etc.) before and after surgery; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with renal insufficiency requiring dialysis, severe liver insufficiency (Child C), cardiac insufficiency (NY Heart Association class III–IV); 5. Pre-existing signs of bacteremia; 6. white cell count <1*10^9/L;
