40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40 and 75 years old; 2. With the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria(clinical and laboratory); 3. Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale >=2; 4. Duration of disease > 6 months; 5. Sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With infection, malignant tumors or autoimmune diseases; 2. With severe acute or chronic diseases or mental disorders; 3. With coagulation disorders
