Group A:Argon ion laser treatment
Group B:treatment group with threshold of 5% duty cycle micro pulse diode laser photocoagulation
Group C:treatment group with threshold of 10% duty cycle micro pulse diode laser photocoagulation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After consultation endocrinologist diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 2. By microscopy, fundus fluorescein angiography and OCT diagnosed with clinically significant diabetic macular edema (based on February 2003 to develop a new international clinical classification of DME standard, that is obviously the posterior pole retinal thickening or hard penetration Out); 3. Blood pressure <=160/100 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Visual acuity >=20/40; 2. macular edema caused by retinal vein occlusion; 3. patients with macular edema has been treated; 4. retinal detachment; 5. severe opacity of the refractive media; 6. iris neovascularization; 7. vitreous macular traction; 8. glaucoma or other eye disease which maybe affecting the study; 9. pregnant.
