40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke; (2) stroke within 3 months; (3) age 40-90 years; (4) inpatients; (5) expected discharge time >2 weeks; (6) Wuhan local residents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) hemorrhagic stroke; (2)is taking antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs; (3) aphasia; (4) poor prognosis; (5) other major diseases (such as cardiac / respiratory failure, liver / kidney failure, musculoskeletal disorders with serious disabilities, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's); (6) Glasgow coma score (GCS <15); (7) mental illness; (8) cognitive impairment; (9) alcohol or substance abuse / dependence in the past year.
