Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with newly diagnosed type 2 Diabetes based on WHO criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have ever treated with oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin, positive islet autoantibody, active liver disease, renal insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency, diabetic ketonic acidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar status, infection, malignancy and pregnancy.
