POCG-O:drink 400 ml solutions including 50g carbohydrate 3 hous before operation
CG:Preoperative 12 hours fasting, 8 hours forbidden water
POCG-T:drink 400 ml solutions including 50g carbohydrate at last night and 3 hours before operation respectively

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age range from 18 to 80 years old; 2. clinically diagnosed as having gastric cancer, and the diagnosis was preoperatively confirmed by gastroscopic evaluation and intraoperative macroscopic assessment, the same surgeon complete the operation; 3. having no treatment before operation; 4. Child Pugh A or B; 5. normal hepatic ICG; 6. normal fasting glucose and normal OGTT test. having no disease of DM, other endocrine diseases, hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux and stomach dyskinesia, stomach slippery hernia,gastrointestinal tract obstruction diseases, Not taking hormone and so on; 7. BMI from 18 to 28 kg/m2; 8. WBC>4.0*10^9/L, Plt>100.0*10^9/L, Hb>90g/L; 9. signed and dated informed consent; 10. patients would like to be capable to finish a research plan all treatments, inspection and supervision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included current enrollment in another research study; pregnancy or nursing; severe malnutrition (BMI30 kg/m2); major organs failure such as liver failure, heart failure and pulmonary failure because patients can not affect surgery stress; palliative resection or unresectable of gastric carcinoma; diabetes and other factors
