group A:shenfu injection 0.5ml/kg IV +1ml/kg.h continuous infusion by pump

group B:saline injection 0.5ml/kg IV +1ml/kg.h continuous infusion by pump

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. Hepatocarcinoma or cirrhosis (Child-Pugh class C); 3. Orthotopic liver transplantation; 4. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with previous liver transplantation; 2. combined liver and kidney transplantation; 3. renal faliure preoperation.
