Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. With the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, diabetic peripheral neuropathy or herpes zoster neuralgia based on western medicine diagnostic criteria; 2. VAS score >=3; 3. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 4. Sign the informed content forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients that are treated with analgesics within one week before the study; 2. Comorbidities of other primary diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney and hematological system; combined with psychic disorders; 3. Allergic constitution; 4. Serum transaminase > 1.5 times of normal range; 5. Patients that take part in other drug trials within tree months of the study; 6. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 7. With alcoholic or drug abuse history; or other conditions that are not suitable for the trial, such as frequent change of work place that might influence the follow-ups.
