Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unplanned CKD5 patient; 2. patient in CKD 5 stage need start dialysis immediately but doesn't have a permanent access device in place; 3. Age: 18-75 years,Gender: unisex; 4. Inform consent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute renal failure; 2. poorly controlled coronary artery or severe congestive cardiac failure (New York Heart Association diseases Grade III or IV); 3. severe chronic respiratory diseas; 4. severe hyperkalaemia (serum K+ >7.0mmol/L); 5. unlikely to survive 1 year; 6. malignant tumor; 7. clinically significant hepatic disease; 8. psychiatric diseases before PD treatment; 9. pregnant or lactating women.
