18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 75 years, both male and female; or patients older than 75 years old with appropriate physical condition in accordance with research requirement; 2. The diameter of simple renal cysts>=4cm and=4cm cyst less than 2); 3. Blood platelet ?8*10^12/L, negative urinary protein, normal blood coagulation time (PT, APTT), electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function; 4. Did not attend other clinical subjects within the lastest three months; 5. Signed inform consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal cyst interlinking with blood essels, kidney collecting system etc.; 2. Patients with haemorrhage tendency (such as platelet count < 8*10^12/L, hemophilia, etc.), myocardial infarction, or severe liver/kidney failure; 3. Allergy to ethanol; 4. Patients with the possibility of renal pelvis seeper, aneurysm of cystic lesion, cystic kidney cancer, hydatid cysts; 5. Other condition that researchers considered not suitable for inclusion, such as such as old and frail, heart disease, etc.
