3 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 3~8 yrs; 2. Children with spinal muscular atrophy, diagnosed based upon the standard of the World Federation of Neurology (1994 version); 3. To be firstly diagnosed as type SMA II, did not use any rat nerve growth factor in last 6 months; 4. To be changed in the electromyogram (EMG); 5. Had signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who is attending another trial, or to be attended other trials in last month; 2. Who is treated by other drugs; 3. Severe liver or kideny disease, blood system disease, authoimmunity disease, chronic severe infections, etc; 4. Who unable to complete the nine monthes period follow-up; 5. Other reason the researcher considered not suite for research.
