18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. New York Heart Association Class, NYHA, I-II; 3. Never received acupuncture anesthesia; 4. Body mass index 19 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. local infeaction near the selected acupoints; 2. limbs nerve injury; 3. recruited by other clinical trials; 4. hard to communicate; 5. renal or liver disease.
