Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients with nervous system, respiratory or digestive diseases were admitted into hospital, whose parents aged 20-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any of the patients in following condition 1. parents of patient refused to participate; 2. Palliative care patients; 3. patients with language barriers, hard to be communicated were excluded
