Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Enrolled renal post- transplantation patients, those who are taking a cyclosporine A (CsA) - mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) Prednisone immunosuppressive strategy in stable stage, could be either stage one or two hypertension.The patients are wiiling to attent trails and sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with SBP>180mmHg and/or DBP>110mmHg were excluded; (2) renal arteriostenosis; (3) Patients were also excluded if they underwent the second renal transplantation; (4) Allergic to Amlodipine or Valsartan; (5) serum creatinine > or = 265umol/L (3mg/dl) and potassium > or =5.5 mEq/L. (6) Patients also could not participate if they had a drug consumption interfere with metabolism of drugs presenting in this trail.
