Group A:0.004% travoprost, once a day
exercise (1, 3,5/2, 4, 6 exercise program: the first number is the kilimeters of requesting to run
the second number is how many times requesting to exercise per week
the third number is the target heart rate 150/160-ages)
Group B:the first number is the kilimeters of requesting

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female aged 18 to 65 years old; 2.Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Primary Open Angle Glaucoma; 4. Do not use the systemic or local drug of vasodilators or improvement of microcirculation nearly one month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The action is difficult, or have severe cervical and lumbar disease who can not exercise; 2. Usually adhere to the exercise; 3. Advanced Glaucomatous Field Defects; 4. With severe conjunctival diseases, cornea diseases, scleral diseases, the lens disease except for the early cataract , uveal diseases, retinal diseases and other eye diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Associated with primary disease of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system or other serious mental illness.
