A:mycophenolate mofetil 500mg bid,Adjust the drug dose according to the blood concentration of mycophenolate mofetil but no use of wuzhi capsule
B:mycophenolate mofetil 250mg bid, adding wuzhi capsule according to the blood concentration of mycophenolate mofetil

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent obtained; 2. Patients of either gender and between 18 and 65 yr of age; 3. Patients with the diagnosis of chronic glomerulonephritis and proper to treatment of mycophenolate mofetil
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hypersensitivity or contraindication to any components of these regimens; 2. Liver dysfunction with ALT, AST, or bilirubin; greater than twice the upper limit of the reference range; 3. Serum creatinine >4.0 mg/dl (>353.6 umol/L)or estimated GFR<20ml /min per 1.73 m2 on re-peated testing; 4. Use of MMFwithin the past 1 wk; 5. Active infection such as HBV, HIV, CMV, tuberculosis or uncured active Peptic ulcer within 3 months before Randomly divided into two groups. drug or alcohol abuse.Apparent malnutrition (BMI<18.5kg/m2); 6. Other active coexisting conditions such as severe Cardiovascular Disease or Chronic Obstructiive Pulmary Disease or Asthma requiring oral corticosteroid treatment; 7. Pregnancy or lactation or prepare to pregnancy in half of the recent year.
