40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 40-65 years; 2. fasting serum TC >=5.18 mmol/L(200mg/dl) and 3.37mmol/L(130mg/dl); 5. fasting glucose 18 and <30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. familial hypercholesterolmia subjects. 2. undergo antibiotic therpy or immunization last 3 months. 3. undertake any medicine that influence serum lipid profile last 6 months. 4. suffer from gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, severe chronic diseases and liver or kidney disfunction, melignant tumors; 5. suffer from any acute or chronic infectious diseases or injury, or receive any surgery. 6. postmenopausal women who received estrogen replacement therapy last 6months. 7. allergy to soy. 8. incompliance.
