Coronary artery chronic total occlusion

Interventions

Group A:After successfully recanalization,the stents size and stenting techniques for both MV and SB are also left at physician’s discretion according to angiograms.
Group B:After successfully recanalization, the vessel size, devices selection and stenting techniques are determined according to the findings by IVUS.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CTO lesion after successfully recanalizationAge 18-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age>80 years; 2. Women in pregnance; 3. Liver dysfunction; 4. Cr.>2.5mg/dl; 5. Bleeding stroke within 6 months; 6. Platelet<8*10^9/L; WBC<3000; 7. Predicted survival time < 1 year; 8. Allergy to study medication.
