Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic Glomerular Nephritis; 2. serum creatinine«=176umol/L; 3. Blood Pressure <=140/90mmHg; 4. Adult patients aged 18 to 65; 5. sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sCr>=177ummol/L; 24 hours Urine protein>3g; pregnancy and lactation; significant cardial, brain, hepatic or hematopoietic syste impairment
