Group A:Placebo for subjects with H.pylori infection

Group B:Anti-H.pylori quadruple therapy for subjects with H.pylori infection (including Omeprazol,Bismuth citrate,Metronidazol, and Tetracycline)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject demonstrates a willingness to participate in the study as indicated by the written informed consent, aged 25-64 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of neoplastic disease, a history of stroke or transient ischemic attack within the past 2 years, a history of esophageal or gastric surgery, and pregnant woman
