Bone metastases from primary liver cancer

Interventions

1. Conventional fractionated iiradiation group:40-54Gy in 20-27 fractions of 2 Gy/fraction, 5 times a week
2. Hypo-fractionated irradiation group:20-28Gy in 5-7 fractions of 4 Gy/fraction, 1 time per day. (EBD=40-54Gy)

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary HCC patients diagnosed by clinical imageology, medical history or histopathology with bone metastases or accompanying soft-tissue mass comfirmed in CT, MRI or SPECT-CT; 2. Age arrage from 18 to 85years, KPS more than 40 scores, withour contraindication of radiotherapy such as dysfunction of important organs, active bleeding and tubercle; 3. Understanding and writing informed consent regarding this trail; 4. without other tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With internal radiotherapy using isotope or chemotherapy before external beam radiotherapy; 2. Pregnant or lactation women; 3. Acute infection or other serious potential affections; 4. Obvious neurological, psychiatric history, including dementia impacting the comprehension and imformed consent.
