Acute coronary syndrome

Interventions

Esmolol group:30mg was at a bolus injected through vein , then continuous trans-venous titration at a speed 0.05mg/kg/min was kept.
Nicardipine group:10mg was at a bolus injected through vein , then continuous trans-venous titration at a speed 1ug/kg/min was kept.

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction; 2. Age 18-75 years; 3. Single vessel(left anterior descending artery, LAD) mild stenosis ( <50% diameter stenosis by visual estimation); 4. Non-bifurcation lesions by Medina classification; 5. Non-ostial disease; 6. Without angiographic documented calcification, no or mild tortunousity, no-thrombus; 7. Not in balloon pumping, without either temporary or permanent cardiac pacing;8. No peripheral artery disease documented either by arterial angiogram or ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower blood pressure(100 bpm; 3. The presence of cardiac arrhythmias, i.e. atrial /ventricular prematures or tachcardias; 4. Allergy to study drugs; 5. Age >75 yr; 6. Acute st-elevation myocardial infarction; 7. Women in pregnance; 8. Renal or liver dysfunction; 9. Cr.>2.5mg/dl; 10. Bleeding stroke within 6 months; 11. Left ventricular ejection fraction<30% after maximal medication; 12. Plaelt<8*10^9/L; 13. Expected life time<6months.
