Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnosis standard according to The Guideline of diagnosis and treatment of hand-foot-mouse disease(2010); 2. Patients who meet the diagnosis standard of central neural system infection; 3. The infection occurred within 48 hours before recruitment; 4. Aged 1-6 years old; 5. Patients and guardians signed the informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Frequent seizure, coma or brain hernia; 2. Apnea, cyanosis, bloody foamy sputum, or with detected rales; 3. Shock or other manifestation of dysfunction of cardiovascular system; 4. Patients combined with epilepsy, tumor, congenital heart disease, renal disease and other severe inherited metabolic diseases; 5. Febrile convulsion; 6. Current using or been long-term used glucocorticoid for treatment of primary disease; 7. Involved in other trials on HFMD; 8. Other situations that the researcher considered not appropriate for this trial.
