Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. confirmed diagnosis of recurrent HCC by EASL2000 after surgical resection, no extrahepatic metastasis, single lesion smaller than 5cm in diameter, up to 3 lesions smaller than 3 cm each; 2. absence of coagulopathy: a platelet count >50*10^9/L or correctable by platelet transfusion, a prothrombin time prolongation less than 5 seconds; 3. liver function of Child-Pugh Class A or B; 4. absence of refractory ascites or moderate-severe gastric esophageal varicose; 5. no large vascular or nearby organ invasion; 6. no previous or simultaneous malignancies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients refuse or no indication,such as tumor in porta hepatis; 2. patients suffering from other malignancies; 3. patients with active HBV or HCV.
