Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of HCC; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of cirrhosis; 3. Single lesion smaller than 5 cm in diameter; 4. No extrahepatic metastasis or vascular invasion; 5. Liver function of Child-Pugh Class A; 6. No previous or simultaneous malignancies; 7. Indocyanine green retention at 15 minutes (ICG-R15) 50*10^9/L or correctable by platelet transfusion, a prothrombin time prolongation less than 5 seconds; 9. Absence of refractory ascites; 10. No previous treatment of HCC; 11. Tumor limits in the same lobe; 12. Indication for RES, FRA and UGRASLR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient appealing for liver transplantation; 2. Patient who is in decompensated state with portal hypertension: mild-severe varicose of gastric esophageal vein, or history of gastrointestinal tract bleeding.
