Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as Crohn's disease; 2. Mild or moderate CD patients (CDAI between 151 and 450); 3. Received no pharmacological therapy; 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe CD patients or remission patients; 2. Patients in a pregnancy or lactation; 3. Patients accompanied with some primary disease such as cerebral vessels diseases, liver or kidney disease and disorders of hematopoietic system etc which seriously affected life; 4. Patients with serious mental disorder such as Dementia praecox and epileptic; 5. Patients with other serious disorder.
