Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet with the diagnostic standard of "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Hand Foot and Mouth Disease 2010"; (2) The appearance of fever or rash is not more than 48 hours; (3) Aged 1 to 7 years old; (4) Temperature <= 39 degree C; (5) Guardians agree to participate in randomized controlled trials and signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other serious disease such as congenital heart disease,chronic hepatitis, nephritis, blood diseases, etc.; (2) Patients with allergic constitution or allergic to test drug; (3) Patients or their guardians with unstable psychiatric disorder; (4) Patients with chronic diarrhea; (5) Patients who were recruited in other clinical trials.
