Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. signed informed consent, and date; 2. age 18-70 years; diffuse vascular disease; 3. refractory tissue ulceration; 4. can not tolerate revascularization or interventional surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. highly allergic or who have history of severe allergies; 2. with shock or systemic failure, abnormal vital signs, and cannot cooperate; 3. advanced cancer; 4. severe systemic infections or local infection can not be controlled; 5. Disfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs; 6. leukemia and other serious blood diseases; 7. positive serological tests such as AIDS, hepatitis B, syphilis, etc.; 8. deficiency of chromosomes or Gene and immune deficiency; 9. the patients whose expectations are too high, or do not meet the practical requirements and refused to sign the informed consent.
